Rental periods: from Saturday 3pm until following Saturday 10am.
Rental prices: service charges included with the exception of cleaning fee.
Payment: a 30 % deposit is to be paid at the time of booking; the balance 30 days before the beginning of the stay.
Security deposit: 250,00€ (cheque to be sent with balance payment; it will only be cashed if material damage is recorded when living the premises).
Cleaning fee on leaving: 120,00€ to be paid on arrival.
Linen: not included (but available for rent - to be reserved at least one week in advance).
