Built at the water's edge in 1997. Sumptuous views from every part of the house. The sea is at the foot of the garden, some 25 meters from the house. A beach (rocky) ensures easy access to the sea. Small pools allow children to bathe safely (if they are watched!)..
As the property is built on sloping ground, this is a two-floor open-plan villa. An outside staircase connect the two floors.
